Introduction to the Position
My client, a global German business, is currently rolling out SAP FICO to their German entity, with plans to extend the rollout to their global entities. As a result, they are looking to hire a SAP FICO Analyst to support this significant project.
This role requires strong German language skills and will involve working 3 days a week on-site in their Hamburg or Stuttgart office. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a global ERP implementation and to contribute to the success of a leading international company.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of SAP FICO to the German entity and subsequent global entities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and document functional specifications and processes.
- Provide technical and functional support for the SAP FICO module.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP FICO system.
- Assist in training and supporting end-users on SAP FICO functionalities and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SAP FICO system.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to the ERP system.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience with SAP FICO module.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in German is required.
- Ability to work on-site in Hamburg or Stuttgart for 3 days a week.
