Introduction to the Position
My client, a global German business, is currently rolling out SAP FICO to their German entity. Following this initial rollout, the plan is to implement SAP FICO across their global entities. As a result, they are looking to hire a SAP FICO Project Manager to lead this critical project.
This role requires strong German language skills and will involve working 3 days a week on-site in either their Hamburg or Stuttgart office. This is a unique opportunity to lead a major ERP implementation and contribute to the success of a leading international company.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP FICO rollout to the German entity and subsequent global entities.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
- Train and support end-users on SAP FICO functionalities and best practices.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing SAP FICO implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with ERP systems.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in German is required.
- Ability to work on-site in Hamburg or Stuttgart for 3 days a week.
