What will I be doing?

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Lead (Business Service Group Lead), based in Stockholm with hybrid work options, you will:

Gather, analyze, and discuss business requirements to determine the best solutions and secure stakeholder sign-off.

Lead solution design, ensuring best practices are applied and stakeholder approval is obtained.

Oversee data mapping and migration processes.

Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, assist in development, and ensure proper documentation and testing of solutions.

Manage testing phases, including unit, regression, and integration testing, and support user acceptance tests.

Develop and deliver training materials and sessions.

Lead go-live activities and provide ongoing maintenance and support.

What kind of skills and background will I need to have?

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

5-8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly in sales, order management, and manufacturing.

Proven experience in large, complex D365 F&O ERP projects, including data migration and integrations.

Familiarity with international settings and tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.

Strong collaborative, multitasking, and communication skills.

Fluency in English, with an understanding of Swedish being advantageous.
