Introduction to the Position
One of my clients has recently gone live with Dynamics F&O for their supply chain operations. They are now looking to hire a Systems Manager to lead the maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of the system.
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and enhancement of their Dynamics F&O environment. The position requires on-site presence in their Leipzig office for 3 days a week, providing an excellent opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team and drive system efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and support of the Dynamics F&O system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
- Develop and document functional specifications and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Dynamics F&O system.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in Dynamics F&O.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience with Dynamics F&O, particularly in supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in system maintenance, support, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work on-site in Leipzig for 3 days a week.
