Introduction to the Position
Our client is seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to join their team in Sweden. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance, enhancement, and growth of their Dynamics 365 system.
The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing business processes and leveraging Dynamics 365 to drive organizational efficiency and success.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs.
- Develop and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 functionalities, including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the Dynamics 365 system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365.
- Design and implement integrations with other systems and applications.
- Train and support end-users on Dynamics 365 capabilities and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist or Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
- Ability to customize and configure Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
- Experience with system integrations and data migrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
