Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Develop Dashboards: Plan, design, and implement effective dashboards and visualisations to revolutionise our business’s data usage.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse data models and datasets to draw meaningful and actionable insights, driving informed decision-making.
- Requirement Documentation: Capture, translate, and document business and technical requirements to produce relevant data models and business intelligence solutions.
- Data Validation & Analysis: Validate and profile data, perform ad-hoc data analysis, and fulfil client data requests by crafting SQL queries.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and capitalise on opportunities for the business to use data to improve processes and gain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders and end-users to ensure seamless communication and project success.
- End-to-End Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of data and business intelligence initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- MS Power BI & DAX: Solid experience with Microsoft Power BI and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX).
- SQL Proficiency: Strong experience in SQL for querying, analysis, and optimisation.
- Microsoft Development Tools: Experience using Microsoft Development (Visual Studio) tools to develop and manage database and BI projects.
- Best Practices in Data Visualisation: Understanding of best practices to deliver compelling data visualisations and reports.
