SAP SuccessFactors Solution Lead – USA

An international corporation requires a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Lead to help deliver its North American phase of the implementation of a new Human Capital Management (HCM) application.

As part of a global Transformation Program, this role will be responsible for supporting the regional deployment; managing both the integrations and regional localisation; as well as be the focal point with key stakeholders and technical partners.

Candidate requirements:

  • Certified with SAP SuccessFactors with 3 plus years of experience.
  • Must have knowledge of key modules: Employee Central, Onboarding and Recruitment.
  • Experience of at least 1 implementation programme.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Dynamic personality, with the ability to react positively to continual change.
  • MUST be able to start at short notice

The re-implementation of SAP SuccessFactors is part of a wider transformational programme of projects and harmonisations. This is due to recent mergers and acquisitions that have created a market-leading organisation.
