What Will I Be Doing?
As the Head of Finance Transformation, your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with executive leadership to develop a comprehensive finance transformation program aligned with the company’s strategic priorities.
Leading the execution of the program to deliver improvements in financial processes, systems, and operations.
Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, setting clear targets to achieve process efficiencies.
Evaluating, selecting, and implementing financial technologies, automation tools, and data analytics solutions.
Driving the change management process by fostering a culture of innovation and providing guidance to finance teams.
Working closely with other departments to ensure alignment between finance transformation initiatives and broader organizational objectives.
Building and leading a high-performing finance transformation team, providing guidance, mentoring, and development opportunities.
Regularly reporting progress and results of the finance transformation initiative to executive leadership and stakeholders.
What Kind of Skills and Background Will I Need to Have?
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
A proven track record of a continuous improvement mindset in finance and business processes.
Strong understanding of financial operations, processes, and technologies.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional project management and change management capabilities.
An analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
The ability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Results-oriented and adaptable to a rapidly changing business environment.
Fluency in English.
