Position: Financial Systems Analyst
Role: Permanent
Location: Hybrid – London or Manchester (2 days p/w)
Salary: Up to £70,000

SystemsAccountants are working with a multi-national UK law firm who require an experienced legal finance systems analyst to join their team and assist in the support and continuous global rollout of their Elite 3E solution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist project teams in rolling 3E out to new offices, upgrading existing 3E landscapes and driving continuous improvement
  • Aid in the creation & maintenance of finance system documentation, including training guides, test plans and development specs
  • 2nd line BAU support to finance systems landscape, including Elite 3E and the InTapp suite
  • Lead end-user and finance systems team training where required

Required Experience:

  • Hands on experience in supporting users of a Practice Management System – ideally Elite 3E
  • Strong legal finance process knowledge with a particular focus on Time & Billing
  • SQL expertise – script writing, database querying, report creation
  • Demonstable experience in PMS rollout, upgrade or improvement
