As a Senior Manager – Digitalization & Systems, you’ll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing Accounting and Controlling processes, contributing to the company’s ongoing success and global impact.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Lead innovative initiatives in the Accounting and Controlling domain
- Spearhead the development and coordination of Reports & Dashboards using tools such as Power BI, SAP SAC, AfO, and others
- Oversee implementation of cutting-edge systems and drive agile processes
- Coordinate impactful projects and empower your team to excel
- Foster collaboration across departments and establish yourself as a proactive leader
- Demonstrate expertise in SAP modules and manage transition to S4 HANA
- Ensure seamless integration and compliance with security standards
What Kind of Skills and Background Will I Need to Have?
- Distinguished Master’s degree in relevant fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in similar role, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
- Proven expertise in SAP, including SAP Analytics Cloud, and MS Power BI
- Familiarity with digitalization tools such as agile work, low code tools, RPA, and AI
- Strong business acumen, and change management skills
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art business processes and familiarity with SAP PaPM and MS SharePoint
- Strong communication skills in both English and German (B2 minimum)
