An international corporate requires a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Lead to help deliver its EMEA phase of the implementation of a new Human Capital Management (HCM) application.
Starting as soon as possible and based in Madrid OR Amsterdam, the role will be responsible for supporting the regional deployment; managing both the integrations and regional localisation; as well as be the focal point with key stakeholders and technical partners.
Candidate requirements:
- Certified with SAP SuccessFactors with 3 plus years of experience.
- Must have knowledge of key modules: Employee Central, Onboarding and Recruitment.
- Experience of at least 1 implementation programme.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Dynamic personality, with ability to react positively to continual change.
- MUST be able to start at short notice.
The re-implementation of SAP SuccessFactors is part of a wider transformational programme of projects and harmonisations. This due to a recent number of mergers and acquisitions that has created a market leading organisation.
