The Senior Project Manager – Finance oversees the successful delivery of ERP projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Acting as a bridge between IT and business teams, this role manages all project phases from approval through implementation. The Senior Project Manager develops and executes project work plans, adjusts as necessary to meet evolving needs, and aims to deliver significant business value by effectively balancing resources, scope, and timelines. Additionally, this position contributes to the enhancement of project management methodologies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP projects using robust project management methodologies, including identifying and managing project dependencies, risks, and critical paths.
- Collaborate closely with IT to deliver technical components such as system builds, testing, and go-live, and with ERP Systems colleagues for requirements management, data migration, and change management.
- Work with IT to create project governance materials, RAID logs, and conduct regular reviews of workstream status and issues.
- Ensure milestones and critical deadlines are met through dedicated commitment.
- Keep project sponsors, key stakeholders, and the project team informed about project objectives, scope, requirements, and critical issues.
- Contribute to solution design, testing, training, and documentation efforts to ensure project success.
- Assist in the development of project management standards, procedures, templates, and tools, promoting best practices across the organization.
- Coach, mentor, and train staff in business analysis and project management methodologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management.
- Experience managing 2 or more ERP projects as a Project Manager, preferably with SAP/S4 HANA.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.

- Strong presentation skills and proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
