Join a leading Tier 1 Finance Transformation consulting firm in Belgium. The role will be required to be based here full time as clients will require some on-site presence. You will focus on the Performance Management (EPM) and CFO Advisory team, part of broader Finance Transformation as they look to continue their growth domestically and internationally.
What will I be doing?
- Support clients with the delivery of major finance transformation programmes, focusing on EPM topics
- Be the advisory partner for clients to quality assure delivery of projects with technical partners and integrators
- Support with project management of projects
- Design and run workshops for EPM consolidation topics
- Train and mentor client and consulting staff on best practices
- Support knowledge transfer and documentation
- Contribute towards shared knowledge and market trends
What skills will I need?
- 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, ideally around Finance Transformation and EPM projects
- Strong finance background and knowledge of consolidation topics
- EPM tool expertise, ideally SAP Group Reporting but other consolidation tools may be considered
- Project management skills in supporting clients through complex transformation projects
- Advisory skills to support change management
- Business analysis skills to support scoping and design workshops
- Stakeholder management skills for client and integrator contacts
