Introduction to the Position:
Our client is currently seeking a FP&A Senior Analyst with Workday Adaptive Planning Experience to join their Financial Systems team in Spain.
As part of the ongoing implementation of Adaptive Planning and improvement of related Financial Systems tools, you will play a critical role in designing and configuring financial processes, supporting stakeholders, analyzing data, and contributing to budgeting and financial reporting activities.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial planning and controlling within the context of Workday Adaptive Planning.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and configure financial processes within the Workday Adaptive Planning platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet business needs
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by preparing models, conducting scenario analysis, and providing insights
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial reports and dashboards
- Provide training and support to end-users on Adaptive Planning functionality and best practices
- Continuously monitor finance systems performance and drive enhancements to optimize efficiency and accuracy
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning technology
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
