Role: Oracle EPM Specialist – FCCS

This is a group level role, and the right candidate will be supporting operations in the UK & Europe. The ideal candidate will be a heavily experienced Oracle Technical Specialist with the skills, experience, and dynamism to assist in supporting their EPM applications in a fast-paced environment.
The fundamental aspect of this position will centre around the support and development of Oracle FCC and PBCS in the future.
The Responsibilities
As a key member of the finance systems team, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle solutions, applications, and infrastructure.
Your expertise in Oracle EPM
FCC or HFM will be essential for supporting, deploying, and integrating data, including month-end and year-end consolidation support. You will provide technical guidance to multiple teams, focusing on data loading, error troubleshooting, metadata maintenance, and system administration.
Additionally, you will perform monthly maintenance tasks, including application monitoring, and collaborate closely with the Oracle COE team on solution design, development, testing, quality assurance, and implementation. Operating in an agile environment within a dynamic organisation, you will prioritise customer-focused support in a fast-paced setting.

Experience required to be considered for this position:

* 5 + years’ experience working in a technical support position working with large, complex implementations of Oracle EPM cloud.
* Working experience of FCCS or HFM is essential and PBCS, EPBCS or Hyperion Planning a nice to have
* Expert knowledge of financial accounting and reporting principals.
* Internal/External Experience in managing support requests and escalations with Oracle.
* Experience working on metadata/data processes in FCC or HFM.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues with EPM solutions.
* The ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with users and
stakeholders.
