We are looking for an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team and enhance the performance and support of our HR systems, including Workday’s Core HCM, Benefits, Absence Management, and Talent Management modules. This role involves working closely with HR, Finance, and IT departments to support a global workforce of 1800 employees across 27 countries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Workday HCM systems, including analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee the full spectrum of production support for Workday and other HR systems.
- Offer end-user support through a ticketing system, including root cause analysis and resolution; create and maintain training materials and documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and controls; address and resolve data issues.
- Work with stakeholders to develop effective reports and analytics tailored to user needs.
- Test and support new configurations and deployments.
- Train regional HR staff on HRIS business processes.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience with HRIS software and systems, with 2 years specifically in Workday.
- Proficiency with Workday Core HCM, Benefits, and report writing is essential.
- Experience with Workday Absence, Security, Integration, and international systems is advantageous.
- Ability to handle confidential information with strong ethics.
- Basic technical knowledge of Workday HCM or similar HCM applications.
- Technical skills in reporting and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical abilities with an understanding of HR data management concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills are crucial.
