Key Responsibilities:

• NetSuite Customization & Development:

  • Design, develop, and implement customizations, scripts (SuiteScript), workflows, and integrations in NetSuite to support business functions such as financials, inventory, and sales operations.
  • Optimize existing configurations and workflows to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

• Inventory & Supply Chain Support:

  • Support the design and customization of inventory management processes, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, demand forecasting, and order management.
  • Develop real-time dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics related to inventory control, product movements, and supply chain performance.

• Integration & Automation:

  • Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business systems (CRM, e-commerce platforms, third-party logistics systems).
  • Develop and implement automated processes to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency across the organization.

• System Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide ongoing technical support for NetSuite users, diagnosing and resolving issues related to system functionality, data accuracy, and performance.
  • Ensure system performance and stability through regular updates, patch management, and debugging.

• Collaboration & Documentation:

  • Work closely with internal teams (finance, sales, inventory, operations) to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Document development processes, solutions, and user guides to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and system sustainability.
