Workday Adaptive Planning Expert
Join a scale-up technology company in Madrid as Workday Adaptive Planning Expert. The client is looking for someone with strong Business Systems / EPM / BI Systems experience to join the team and focus on implementing and improving Business Intelligence and Reporting using Workday Adaptive Planning.
The right candidate will have prior experience implementing and improving financial systems / Business Intelligence tools and will have good technical affinity with the system.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Workday Adaptive Planning solution and data flows according to business needs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define and deliver reports and dashboards
- Lead projects to improve Models, develop Reports and deliver Planning and Forecasting metrics within WD Adaptive
- Support to end-users on Adaptive Planning functionality and best practices
- Continuously monitor finance systems performance and drive enhancements to optimize efficiency and accuracy
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong experience implementing and improving Workday Adaptive Planning and similar technologies
- Excellent business process understanding and ability to gather business requirements and translate to system design
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
