Senior Netsuite ERP Administrator

An international company in Berlin is looking for a Netsuite Administrator to improve the ERP solution.

Live with Oracle Netsuite as the core ERP and Financial System, the company is looking for someone with good Netsuite knowledge to support and improve the system and related processes. As the bridge between Business stakeholders and IT, you will engineer requirements and translate to best-practice IT Systems design and configuration in Oracle Netsuite.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Inhouse Business Consulting for Netsuite, including: Requirements gathering, business process analysis and design / redesign
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales to identify, design and implement system and process improvements
  • Identify best-practice solutions in Netsuite and lead projects to enhance the solution, rollout new functionality and drive automation
  • Project Manage Netsuite Developments and customisations, and integrations with 3rd party systems
  • Netsuite Administration, End-User support and training
  • Troubleshoot Netsuite issues, escalating as needed

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as Senior NetSuite Administrator, or Functional Consultant
  • Strong experience with NetSuite ERP across modules e.g. Financials, R2R, P2P, O2C, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Inventory, WMS
  • ERP project experience e.g. implementations, new module deployment, business process analysis and system enhancements
  • Strong Communication skills
