Position Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our business processes with a focus on NetSuite, our core financial system. This role will collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, implement process improvements, and ensure efficient integration of NetSuite with other systems. You will play a critical role in streamlining operations, enhancing financial workflows, and supporting the company’s sustainability objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- NetSuite Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize and enhance the use of NetSuite, focusing on financial, operational, and reporting functions.
- Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes related to finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sustainability, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainability goals.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with finance, operations, and engineering teams to gather and document detailed business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for system improvements.
- System Integration: Support the integration of NetSuite with other operational systems to ensure smooth data flow and improve visibility across departments.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders using NetSuite’s reporting tools.
- Project Management: Manage projects related to system upgrades, process improvements, and new technology rollouts, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the finance, IT, and operations teams, ensuring that system enhancements meet the needs of all departments.
- Documentation & Training: Create process documentation, user manuals, and provide training to end-users to ensure efficient use of NetSuite and associated business processes.
