Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Practice Manager with a strong background in manufacturing, retail, or physical products to lead and manage our growing NetSuite practice. As a Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients by overseeing NetSuite implementations, ensuring best practices, and managing a team of consultants. This is a fully remote position that requires deep functional expertise in NetSuite and strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage NetSuite implementation projects across multiple clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to the NetSuite practice team, aligning goals with client objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs in manufacturing, retail, or physical products sectors, and translate these into effective NetSuite solutions.
• Oversee project planning, scoping, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Drive continuous process improvement, leveraging NetSuite functionalities to optimize operations such as order management, supply chain, inventory, and financials.
• Manage and mentor a team of NetSuite consultants, providing support in their development and career growth.
• Stay updated on NetSuite best practices, industry trends, and product updates.
• Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point for critical issues.
• Ensure clients achieve optimal ROI from their NetSuite investment by providing value-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in NetSuite implementations within manufacturing, retail, or physical products industries.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, including order management, supply chain, inventory, WMS, CRM, and core financials.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteCloud Developer, or ERP Consultant) are highly preferred.
• Experience with process improvements, workflow customization, and integration of third-party applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic, results-driven mindset.
