What Will I Be Doing?

In the role of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist (Business Services Group Lead), you will be at the forefront of our Dynamics 365 implementation. You will gather and analyze business requirements, lead solution design, oversee data management and migration, and configure the system to meet our organizational needs. Additionally, you will manage various testing phases, develop training materials, and support users during the go-live process. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful integration and ongoing support of the system.

What Kind of Skills and Background Will I Need to Have?

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in sales, order management, and manufacturing.
  • Proven success in managing large, complex Dynamics 365 ERP projects, including data migration and integrations.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and SharePoint, along with experience in international settings.
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Fluency in English is essential; understanding Swedish will be an advantage.
