Job Title: Unit4 ERP Support Consultant
Location: Fully Remote (can be based anywhere in Europe)
Compensation: £50,000-£60,000
SystemsAccountants are currently collaborating with a Unit4 partner who are seeking a skilled Support Consultant to join their European team. The ideal candidate will be experienced, knowledgeable and empathetic, providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to our clients’ customers. In this role you will provide pivotal Unit4 expertise and support while growing your own skillset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to our clients’ customers.
- Act as the point of escalation, effectively resolving support tickets.
- Ensure support is efficiently and effectively provided.
- Work across a range of challenges, implementing solutions within Unit4’s approved design specifications.
- Stay abreast of technology updates and share the latest product news within the team.
- Promote best practices within the company’s standards.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Extensive experience supporting Unit4
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
- Demonstrated experience with Unit4 software solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
- Drive for excellence and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Good commercial awareness.
