Who is the company and what is the context of the role?

Our client, a large international group, is actively seeking a OneStream Manager (M/F). The project to implement the solution has recently started, and the company is looking to bring in an expert who can handle both the technical and functional aspects of OneStream internally. This role also includes managing a team member and contributing to the development and growth of the team.

What will my responsibilities be?

As a OneStream Manager (M/F), your main responsibilities will include:

1)Technical development and optimization:

• Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions on OneStream to support the financial consolidation process.
• Act as the internal technical expert and provide advanced expertise in development on the platform.
• Participate in the analysis of financial teams’ needs and propose tailored technical solutions to improve the consolidation process.

2)Collaboration and management of external partners:

• Work closely with the integrator and the solution provider to ensure optimal implementation.
• Challenge the solutions proposed by external partners to ensure alignment with technical standards and business needs.
• Oversee technical projects with external teams and ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

3)Training and user support:

• Train internal users on OneStream functionalities and best practices.
• Provide expert-level technical support to solve complex issues and respond to user queries.
• Write and update technical and user documentation.

4)Team management and development:

• Supervise and manage a senior team member, ensuring their professional development and growth.
• Contribute to the future growth of the team.
• Coordinate and distribute tasks within the team to ensure effective project management.

What skills and experience should I have?

With a Bac+5 degree (Master’s level) in finance and/or information systems, you ideally have at least 7 years of professional experience with EPM tools such as OneStream, SAP BFC, Tagetik, HFM, etc.

You also have a solid understanding of financial processes (consolidation) as well as proven experience in managing complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Fluency in English is essential (working language).
