Who is the company and context?
Our client, a large international group, is actively seeking a System Solution Manager (M/F). The project to implement the solution has recently started, and the company is looking to bring on board an expert who can handle both the technical and functional aspects of OneStream internally. This role also includes managing one team member and contributing to the growth and development of the team. The position is based in Lyon, and the group offers a very attractive relocation package. The company is also open to hearing from Oracle HFM experts who are interested in upskilling to the OneStream system.
What will I be doing?
As a System Solution Manager (M/F), your main responsibilities will include:
Technical Development and Optimization:
- Designing, developing, and deploying customized solutions on OneStream to support the financial consolidation process.
- Acting as the internal technical lead and providing advanced expertise in platform development.
- Analyzing the needs of financial teams and proposing appropriate technical solutions to enhance the consolidation process.
Collaboration and Management of External Partners:
- Working closely with the solution integrator and provider to ensure optimal implementation.
- Challenging solutions proposed by external partners to ensure alignment with technical standards and business needs.
- Overseeing technical projects with external teams, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
User Training and Support:
- Training internal users on OneStream functionalities and best practices.
- Providing expert-level technical support to solve complex issues and respond to user questions.
- Writing and updating technical and user documentation.
Team Management and Development:
- Supervising and managing a senior team member, supporting their professional development and upskilling.
- Contributing to the future growth of the team.
- Coordinating and delegating tasks within the team to ensure effective project management.
What kind of skills and background will I need to have?
With a master’s degree (Bac+5) in finance and/or information systems, you ideally have at least 7 years of professional experience with EPM tools such as OneStream, SAP BFC, Tagetik, HFM, etc.
You also have a strong understanding of financial processes (consolidation), as well as proven experience in managing complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Fluency in English is essential (working language).
