Role Title: Finance Systems Administrator
Status: 2-year Fixed Term Contract
Location: London | 1 x day/week
Salary: £30-40,000 + great package
The Finance Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s finance systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics (the General Ledger). The role also provides an opportunity to cross-train with other finance and reporting applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the implementation team to document any changes to system configurations
- Liaise with subject matter experts (SMEs) and end-users to ensure requirements are communicated and delivered
- Verify that requirements have been thoroughly tested and implemented
- Document daily, weekly, and monthly finance system tasks as they are developed
- Manage and maintain master data, user access, metadata, and system interfaces/batches
- Reconcile systems to ensure accurate and complete data integration
- Support the development and maintenance of new financial controls, policies, and reporting environments
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (General Ledger) and other finance/reporting applications
- Ability to work closely with both the project team and business-as-usual (BAU) teams
- Strong communication and liaison skills to interface with end-users and SMEs
- Attention to detail and documentation skills
- Experience in managing master data, user access, and system integrations
- Familiarity with financial controls, policies, and reporting environments
