SAP Business One Systems Administrator

€40,000+ per annum
SystemsAccountants is currently seeking a skilled SAP B1 Systems Administrator based in Dublin.
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for SAP B1 support tickets and troubleshooting system issues.
- Assist with SAP B1 system upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions and enhanced system functionalities.
- Collaborate with end-users and senior management to identify and address business requirements, providing tailored solutions using SAP B1 capabilities.
- Creating SQL queries and working with Crystal Reports
- Develop and customize reports and queries in alignment with user needs, providing accurate and relevant information for end-users.
- Maintaining tickets on the helpdesk system, logging and answering all issues and tickets.
- Administer SAP user accounts, ensuring adherence to company standards and addressing any associated risks.
- Address and resolve job failures on the helpdesk in line with the SLA.
- Conduct end-user training workshops based on identified training needs.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum two years’ experience with SAP Business One.
- Good working knowledge of the SAP B1 application
- Previous experience managing SAP B1 upgrades
- Working knowledge of B1Up
- Skills in SQL Queries and Crystal Reports
- Experience working with SAP B1 in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
- Experience using SAP Data Transfer Workbench (DTW).
- Sound understanding of SAP Business One MRP and production planning concepts.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work and manage stakeholders across the business.
- Professional fluency in English (both verbal and written), additional European languages advantageous.
- Experience with WMS add-ons in SAP Business One advantageous.
- Familiarity with Shopfloor Data Capture would be beneficial.
- SAP Business One Certification (in any version of SAP B1) would be an advantage.
