Job Summary: As the NetSuite Controller, you will oversee all aspects of financial reporting, accounting, and internal controls within our organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize the use of NetSuite, particularly for manufacturing processes, ensuring accurate financial data, process improvements, and seamless integration across departments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the manufacturing side of the business is aligned with financial goals and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• NetSuite Management: Oversee the configuration, customization, and ongoing optimization of NetSuite to support financial operations and manufacturing processes.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and ensure timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Provide analysis and insights into financial data.
• Manufacturing Accounting: Manage cost accounting for manufacturing operations, including inventory valuation, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Ensure accurate costing models and the reconciliation of inventory and production data in NetSuite.
• Month-End Close: Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely reconciliation, and resolution of any discrepancies in the NetSuite system.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and SOX requirements. Maintain internal controls over financial reporting and safeguard assets.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets for the manufacturing operations, working closely with the operations team to align financial goals and forecasts with production and inventory needs.
• Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements across the accounting and manufacturing operations. Streamline workflows, integrate financial and operational systems, and increase efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and senior leadership, to ensure financial data supports business decisions and operational efficiency.
• ERP Integration: Manage and ensure smooth integration of third-party systems and software with NetSuite to support manufacturing functions, including production scheduling, inventory management, and order processing.
• Audit and Tax Support: Support internal and external audits and assist in tax compliance activities.
