Workday HCM Consultant required by a leading Energy client in the heard of Edinburgh. The client went live with Workday earlier this year and are now going through an optimisation project to drive further ROI on Workday. The contract length will be an initial 6 months, likely to extend further, starting in January 2025.

The ideal candidate will have:

– 5+ years hands-on experience with Workday HCM

– Experience specifically in Core HCM, Time Tracking, Recruitment and Absence (minimum experienced in 2/4)

– Ability to be on-site in Edinburgh 1-2 days per week.
