SystemsAccountants is supporting a household brand who are looking for a Workday Programme Manager to lead their implementation of a new HCM solution. Starting in early 2025 the successful candidate will head up the Workday Programme team. Their key responsibility will be driving customer & partner side resources to ensure the programme is delivered on time and in budget, as well as providing regular progress updates to the C-Suite sponsor.
Requirements:
- Experience of at least 2 end-to-end Workday HCM implementations in a Programme Manager role
- Excellent understanding of Workday implemenation methodology
- A good understanding of full Workday HCM functionality: Core HCM, Recruitment, Time Tracking, Absence, Core & Adv. Comp, Peakon etc.
- Demonstrable experience in managing C-suite level sponsors and 3rd party relations
About the role:
- Full responsibility for the delivery of Workday HCM on time and in budget
- Management of Programme team, ensuring permanent staff, external contractors and Implementation Partner are aligned and motivated.
- Advise on recruitment of Programme team
- Regularly updating C-suite with progress on the programme
This role is based in London and will require 2-3 days travel to the office each week. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role, so applications who require sponsorship to work in the UK will not be considered.
