Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Implementation Leadership:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite ERP, including core financial modules, inventory management, and manufacturing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external consultants to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

  • Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, and user training to ensure a seamless transition.

• Team Development:

  • Build and manage a skilled ERP team post-implementation, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the ERP team.

• System Oversight & Optimization:

  • Maintain and optimize NetSuite ERP to support the company’s evolving needs.

  • Ensure system compliance with financial regulations and best practices.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user adoption.

• Strategic Collaboration:

  • Partner with leadership to align ERP capabilities with business objectives.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making across finance, inventory, and manufacturing operations.
