System Leadership & Management:

  • Serve as the primary owner and administrator of NetSuite ERP, ensuring system stability, performance, and optimization.

  • Oversee the integration and management of Salesforce CRM, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Drive the implementation of best practices for system usage, data integrity, and reporting across all platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to identify system needs, gaps, and opportunities for automation.

Project Management:

  • Lead system enhancement initiatives, including upgrades, customizations, and integrations with other business tools.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of system initiatives.

  • Develop and execute a long-term systems roadmap to support company growth and scalability.

Team Collaboration & Training:

  • Partner with IT, Finance, Operations, and Sales leadership to align system functionality with business objectives.

  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring system adoption and proficiency.

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and outcomes.

Data & Reporting:

  • Oversee the creation of dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems.

  • Implement tools and processes for improved system performance monitoring and reporting.
