SystemsAccountants is partnering with a fast-growing IT consulting firm to place a ServiceNow Architect. This opportunity is a unique blend of in-house platform management and external consulting – you'll have the opportunity both to enhance and build the system internally, as well as expand the organization's ServiceNow Alliance Partner consulting practice.

You'll start by assessing, optimizing, and building out the organization's internal ServiceNow platform, identifying hiring needs, and then building out a team – and once the platform is stable, you'll have the opportunity to build out the company's ServiceNow practice as an MSP. No need to worry about sales; they're currently literally turning away business.

This role reports the Director of Business Systems and will work in close partnership with the C-Suite, especially the COO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of previous ServiceNow experience
• Blend of consulting and internal ServiceNow support experience preferred – but open to candidates of all professional backgrounds
• Module experience: ITSM, ITBM/SPM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB
• Domain separation experience preferred
• Team leadership experience
• ITIL v3 certification
• Admin certification
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Ability to work a standard EST schedule
