Role Title: Group Finance Systems Manager
Status: Permanent
Location: City of London | 2x days/week
Salary: £75-90,000 + bonus + pacakge
A leading international business is seeking an experienced Systems Manager to join their Group Finance function. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the functional aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation and maintenance across multiple European locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional management of Microsoft D365 F&O across the group
- Oversee a team of 4 offshore technical and functional specialists
- Drive ERP standardization initiatives across multiple countries
- Manage integration between D365 F&O and the group consolidation system
- Ensure finance systems alignment with group strategic objectives
- Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials
Systems Leadership
- Guide local teams through ERP migration and implementation
- Conduct impact analysis for proposed system changes
- Shape governance frameworks for finance systems
- Monitor D365 F&O developments and recommend improvements
- Maintain system interfaces and integration points
- Oversee system architecture documentation
Financial Reporting Systems
- Manage system architecture and process documentation
- Evaluate and recommend system improvements
- Coordinate system updates and maintenance
- Develop custom reports for reporting and forecasting needs
- Provide first-line user support
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting systems
- Track record of managing offshore teams
- Group Finance systems experience
- Strong technical understanding of ERP systems
- Solid finance and reporting knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with international teams
