Role Title: D365 F&O Systems & Process Manager
Status: Permanent
Location: City of London | 1-2x days/week
Salary: £80-100,000 + bonus
A leading global entertainment company with venues across the globe are seeking an experienced Global Finance Process and D365F&O Systems Manager. This key position will play a crucial role in implementing and optimising D365 F&O across international operations, combining technical expertise with finance process ownership.
Key Responsibilities
D365F&O Product Owner
- Serve as primary contact for the Managed Service provider and collaborate with Solutions Architect
- Lead system optimization and functionality enhancement
- Manage integrations with key platforms (including expense management and treasury systems)
- Drive user adoption through training and support
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements
- Stay current with D365F developments and best practices
Global Finance Process Owner
- Implementation and continuous improvement of standardized finance processes
- Lead process framework implementation across regional operations
- Drive process automation and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure global alignment
- Develop and track KPI frameworks
- Maintain robust control environment
- Enable best practice sharing across regions
Required Skills & Experience
- Qualified Accountant with extensive finance process management experience
- Hands-on D365F&O expertise including system configuration and implementation
- Strong knowledge of workflows, approval processes, and system customization
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Proven track record in multi-regional process standardization
- Experience with compliance frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong project delivery capabilities
