Exciting Opportunity: Financial Systems Analyst (NetSuite)

Are you passionate about streamlining financial processes and leveraging technology to drive efficiency? A leading organization in the Netherlands is seeking a skilled Financial Systems Analyst with expertise in NetSuite to enhance their operations and contribute to their growth journey.

With Oracle NetSuite as their main ERP, this role offers the chance to design, improve, and implement scalable financial systems and processes, enabling seamless automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize financial processes across key areas like Accounting (GL, AP, AR), Reporting, and Controlling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map current and future state requirements, translating these into tailored ERP system configurations.
• Design and configure NetSuite solutions to support Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Partner with IT teams and ERP providers to deliver effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Enable users through training and ongoing support to ensure optimal system utilization.

Your Profile:

• Previous experience as a Financial Systems Analyst, NetSuite Consultant, or similar role with hands-on NetSuite expertise.
• Deep understanding of finance processes such as GL, AP, AR, and Reporting, along with experience in process improvement or automation initiatives.
• Proven track record of NetSuite system configuration or project leadership (implementation or enhancements).
• Strong business analysis skills, with a focus on translating finance needs into system solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with fluency in English.
