Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data migration, and go-live support.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client goals.

Post-Go-Live Optimization:
- Provide ongoing configuration and customization support to optimize NetSuite for clients’ evolving business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to clients.

Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for all things NetSuite.
- Conduct client training sessions to ensure effective system adoption.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite for manufacturing and physical product-based industries.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for NetSuite implementations.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
