Role Title: Business Analyst
IR35: Outside
Rate: £550-650 p.d
Location: London
Support various financial system projects within a comprehensive transformation programme, ranging from AP system improvements to new O2C solution implementations. The role spans the complete analysis lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to UAT and Hypercare support.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements through interviews and workshops
- Analyze requirements to identify gaps and potential issues
- Create key documentation including BRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
- Bridge communication between business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Conduct data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, and BI software
- Design solutions and create system specifications
- Develop test plans and manage UAT processes
- Monitor solution performance and gather user feedback
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong technical background across multiple platforms
- Proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementations
- Experience delivering BA artifacts in complex programmes
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools
