Currently they are expanding the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice and are seeking a senior Oracle EPM expert specialize in providing comprehensive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) solutions to customers.

What will I be doing?

As an Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant with a focus on Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), you will:

• Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, specifically PBCS.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their FP&A requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle EPM applications to meet client needs.
• Develop and maintain data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they can effectively use the Oracle EPM tools.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle EPM Cloud features and best practices to continuously improve the service offerings.
• Support on demos and early client discussions to map out prospect needs.

What profile and background will I require?

• 5+ years of professional experience in the EPM space
• University degreee in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics, or IT
• Strong functional skills in FP&A, with a deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Proven experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, particularly PBCS.
• Technical configuration skills, including the ability to customize and optimize Oracle EPM applications.
• Knowledge of data integration techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
