Join a leading financial services group as an Adaptive Planning Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover. This role focuses on managing the Adaptive Planning tool to support the group’s financial planning and analysis needs.
What will I be doing?
As an Adaptive Planning Specialist, you will:
- Tool Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of the Adaptive Planning tool, ensuring it meets the group’s financial planning and analysis requirements.
- New Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement new requirements, ensuring the tool evolves with the business needs.
- Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models within the Adaptive Planning tool to support strategic decision-making.
- Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced tool utilization.
- Configuration: Configure the Adaptive Planning tool to align with business processes and requirements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Training: Provide training and support to users, promoting best practices and ensuring effective tool usage.
What profile will I require?
- Experience: Proven experience in managing and configuring Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning tools.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or Spanish is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong skills in financial modelling, business analysis, and tool configuration.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
