What will I be doing?

As an Adaptive Planning Specialist, you will:

  • Tool Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of the Adaptive Planning tool, ensuring it meets the group’s financial planning and analysis requirements.
  • New Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement new requirements, ensuring the tool evolves with the business needs.
  • Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models within the Adaptive Planning tool to support strategic decision-making.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced tool utilization.
  • Configuration: Configure the Adaptive Planning tool to align with business processes and requirements.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Training: Provide training and support to users, promoting best practices and ensuring effective tool usage.

What profile will I require?

  • Experience: Proven experience in managing and configuring Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning tools.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or Spanish is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong skills in financial modelling, business analysis, and tool configuration.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
