Workday Finance Implementation Specialist: OUTSIDE IR35

Our client requires an Interim Workday Finance Implementation Specialist to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of Workday Finance across the business. This role will work closely with Finance, Programme Office, and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Front the design and deployment of Workday Finance modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
• Lead workshops with Finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable system configurations.
• Work with the third-party Workday implementation partner to validate system setup, manage testing, and troubleshoot any issues.
• Team with other product owners to ensure Workday integrates seamlessly with CRM, PAS, and other core enterprise platforms.
• Support financial system integrations with external platforms, such as treasury, banking, expenses, and revenue tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and data consistency.
• Manage and prioritise system requests, enhancements, and issue resolution using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Testing of Workday configurations and customisations to ensure they meet business requirements.
