Workday HCM Implementation Specialist: OUTSIDE IR35
Our client needs an experienced Interim Workday HCM Implementation Specialist to play a key role in delivering a globally consistent Workday solution. This position requires a deep understanding of Workday’s capabilities, business process design, and stakeholder engagement across multiple functions, including People, Technology, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of business processes across Workday HCM modules, covering areas such as Recruitment, Absence, Compensation, and Talent.
- Facilitate workshops and design review sessions to translate business needs into structured requirements, ensuring alignment with finance-related dependencies.
- Collaborate with the third-party Workday implementation partner to validate configurations and test system functionality.
- Take ownership of Workday upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Work closely with Product Owners for CRM and PAS systems to align Workday with wider enterprise strategy.
- Oversee the integration of Workday HCM with other systems, such as payroll and benefits providers, ensuring data consistency and operational efficiency.
- Conduct thorough testing of configurations and customisations to ensure alignment with business requirements and seamless system functionality.
