Enterprise Architect – Business Systems – Independent Contractor
An international business is undertaking a key programme to improve their business applications and Enterprise Systems.
They are looking for an experienced Business Systems Lead or Enterprise Architect with strong experience implementing large Cloud ERP solutions to join their project team.
Working closely with Business Stakeholders including areas such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, HR, you will review the current Enterprise Systems Landscape and will identify, suggest and make the business case for IT change and improvement in Corporate Systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Applications and Business Systems analysis and review together with Business Process owners and key stakeholders
- Suggest and define potential changes and support the business case for improvements
- Together with Inhouse Applications leads, define Business Systems strategy and roadmap
- Identify future paths for the Enterprise Systems roadmap going forward for Financial Systems, ERP and EPM solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years’ experience in Business Systems, Financial Systems or ERP including experience leading implementations of Cloud ERP systems at large international companies
- Prior experience leading Finance Systems or ERP Review, Evaluation and Selection initiatives with good knowledge of Cloud ERP systems
- Good knowledge of core business processes e.g. Finance, Procurement, Sales & Operations, Logistics and others
- Demonstrable experience defining Business Systems Strategy, delivering Business Cases and defining and implementing roadmap
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders
- Background in IT Business or Financial Systems
