Amnesty International is a global human rights charity working to protect human rights worldwide. They have more than 3 million supporters, members and activists in over 150 countries and territories who campaign to end grave abuses of human rights.

The challenge:

Amnesty International formulated a business case to upgrade their ledger systems to Infor10/v6. Due to initial issues with the implementation partner, Amnesty International was challenged in sourcing the right resources and needed an interim management provider to help drive the project forward.

The solution:

Amnesty International engaged SystemsAccountants to supply an independent Project Manager to assist them in delivering the final stages of the implementation in the UK and to take responsibility for rolling the system out to all their global operations.

The outcome:

We have since provided two interim Systems Accountants to support the organisation through this period of change.
