Aspen Re is a leading specialty insurance and reinsurance company which has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange since 2003.

The solution:

SystemsAccountants has been a CODA recruitment partner to Aspen Re since 2005 and during this time we have supplied eight interim and permanent CODA specialists to upgrade, support and leverage their Finance Systems environment. Initially we provided a Project Manager to lead a CODA v10 upgrade, including a Chart of Accounts re-write. We subsequently provided a Cognos reports developer to re-design their reporting suite.

The outcome:

Most recently we recruited a CODA Systems Team Lead, a CODA SQL DBA, and an Interim Functional Consultant to deliver a subsequent upgrade to v11. Post go-live we have provided two specialist Interim CODA developers to enhance their reporting capabilities in CODA XL and SQL; and streamline their bank reconciliation processes.
