Unit4 Business World full ERP implementation to bolster their delivery capability
Brunel University London was founded in 1966 as a new kind of university dedicated to teaching and research relevant to industry and society. Set on a single campus in Uxbridge, west London, everything students need is on campus or a short walk away, and London is just 40-minutes’ on the underground. The university welcomes over 13,000 students from more than 110 countries, creating a lively and strikingly international community.
The Challenge
Brunel University were working on legacy, multi-system setup for Finance, HR and Payroll Functionality. Having selected Unit4 Business World, they engaged with SystemsAccountants Ltd to bolster their delivery capability and ultimately replaced the delivery partner with further independent consultancy resource as a result of the ongoing relationship with SystemsAccountants.
The Outcome
Assembled and deployed a successful team including: Programme Management responsible for shaping and guiding entire programme and liaison with business; application consultancy (functional and technical across HR and Finance build, integration and reporting), testing, training and post go-live support. Crucially, SA’s Consultants provided technical and functional knowledge transfer to Brunel’s employees to enhance use, maintenance, encourage innovation and reduce the dependency on and cost of 3rd party support.
