An up-state New York based NGO that operates in the poorest parts of Asia, Africa and Latin America, Maryknoll creates health clinics, economic empowerment and vocational training in some of the most vulnerable communities.

The challenge:

In a drive to improve financial controls and obtain operational efficiencies Maryknoll had chosen to replace their legacy business systems with an integrated ERP solution and had selected Unit4 Business World (BW), opting for a range of modules and functionality.

The solution:

Shortly after selection, they engaged SystemsAccountants to source an independent BW Subject Matter Expert to provide ‘client-side’ consultancy – specifically quality assuring the project plan and initial build plan.

The outcome:

Our interim consultant is now assisting with the functional build and has been retained to support the go-live phase.
