Oasis Healthcare Limited is a leading provider of NHS and private dental care, serving over 1.5 million patients across the UK. Established in 1996, Oasis has over 170 practices across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The challenge:

After successfully supplying an SAP Consultant to support Oasis Healthcare’s legacy SAP platform, we were subsequently retained to provide a Finance Systems Consultant to lead an exercise to evaluate and select replacement financial systems.

The solution:

Our Interim executed a needs analysis, initiated a market scan, issued RFI’s to long-listed suppliers and helped Oasis to hone their short-list down to 2 possible applications: Microsoft Dynamics AX and CODA Financials.

The outcome:

CODA v11 was eventually selected by the client; and we then provided a specialist Interim CODA Project Manager to lead the client project team as well as an experienced Business Analyst to deliver gap analysis, process re-design, and data migration.
