The challenge:

SystemsAccountants transformation practice, SA-Transformation, was retained by the UK CFO to provide an SAP Programme Director, Solution Architect and three SAP Consultants to deliver the process architecture, and solution design ahead of an SAP ECC6 business process improvement programme.

The solution:

On initiation of the programme we were then engaged to mobilise a discrete team of five SAP Functional & Process Consultants to support the business in executing the build, test and implementation of the solution.

The outcome:

We worked with the client to define a roles and responsibilities document, agree an on-boarding schedule; and consequentially delivered resource in line with the programme lifecycle requirements.
