The challenge

SystemsAccountants was engaged to provide a senior strategy consultant to evaluate the existing Shared Services model within ZFS with the objective of identifying additional processes and scope that the SSC could be extended to cover (e.g. group reporting, actuarial, financial close) and developing a solution road map to deliver the programme.

The solution:

SystemsAccountants subsequently provided an experienced Transition Manager to lead the migration of US F&A, as well as European FP&A services into the Krakow SSC in Zurich.
